Year: 2026 · Medium: Ink stippling and acrylic on paper with digital intervention · Materials: Ink, acrylic paint, paper · Dimensions: 13 × 13 cm, circular format · Software: Adobe Illustrator. Commodity examines the reduction of wildlife to material value. Within the black band, the zebra’s recognizable striped skin is folded and packed into a red wooden crate, visually separated from the living animal outside it. By transforming the pattern that identifies the zebra into packaged material, the work reflects on the point at which a living being ceases to be perceived as an animal and instead becomes a product.
